Speech therapy for Ontario families, online
VoxLingue serves families in Ontario by telepractice. Sessions take place by secure video, with you or your child at home, and follow the same clinical approach as our in-person work: a careful assessment, clear goals, and strategies that fit your family’s daily routines.
Speech-language pathologists must be registered in the province where the client lives. Clients in Ontario are seen by a speech-language pathologist registered with the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario (CASLPO): our founder, Kimberly Martins, M.A. CCC-SLP. Availability is limited, so contact us to check current openings.
What we offer online
- Assessments of speech, language, stuttering and literacy, adapted for online use
- Individual therapy for children, teens and adults
- Parent coaching for toddlers and young children, so you can support language during everyday routines
- Support for bilingual and multilingual families, looking at every language your child uses
Services in French in Ontario
Finding speech therapy in French can be difficult in many parts of Ontario. We offer assessment and therapy in French and in English, which suits Franco-Ontarian families in Ottawa, Sudbury, Eastern Ontario (Prescott-Russell, Cornwall, Hawkesbury), the North and elsewhere, as well as children in French-language or French immersion schools.
Windsor-Essex families
Our Belle River clinic has closed. Families in Belle River, Lakeshore, Tecumseh, Windsor and across Essex County can continue to work with us online, in English or French.
Ottawa families
Families in Ottawa can see us online in English or French. If you live on the Quebec side of the river, see online speech therapy in Quebec.
How it works
- Contact us by phone or through our contact form. Tell us your concerns, that you live in Ontario, and the languages your family uses.
- We confirm availability with our CASLPO-registered clinician.
- You receive a secure video link. All you need is a computer or tablet with a camera, a stable internet connection and a quiet space.
- Your clinician starts with an interview and an assessment, then discusses goals and a plan with you.
For more about how sessions work, what to prepare and how we protect your privacy, see our telepractice page.
