Clinicians who speak Spanish:
Our speech-language pathologists work in English and French, and together also speak Spanish, Portuguese, Arabic, Greek and Armenian. We assess and support children in the languages they actually use, in person in Montréal, at home or online across Quebec and Ontario.
Our clinicians work in English. English-speaking families in Montréal, elsewhere in Quebec and in Ontario can have assessment and therapy entirely in English, and bilingual children can work in both languages.
Our clinicians also work in French, which matters for children in French-language schools in Quebec and for Franco-Ontarian families looking for services in French.
These clinicians also speak another language with families. Availability varies, so tell us which languages you use at home and we will find the best match.

A child learning two or more languages may mix words, take longer with some sounds, or know some words in only one language. These are often typical parts of bilingual development. Looking at only one language can make a difference look like a disorder, or hide a real difficulty.
When your clinician speaks your family's language, or understands how it works, they can ask the right questions, interpret results with bilingual development in mind, and coach you in the language you use with your child every day. We will never ask you to stop speaking your home language.
Yes. Our clinicians work in English, in person at our Marché Central clinic, at home, or online across Quebec and Ontario.
Yes. Many of the children we see are bilingual, and your clinician can work in both languages and look at how your child uses each one.
No. Research suggests that a strong home language supports learning a second one. Your clinician will plan therapy around the languages your family uses.
We can still help. Your clinician will learn how your language works, ask about your child's use of it, and coach you to support your child in the language you're most comfortable with.
No referral needed. Call the clinic or send us a request, and we'll match you with the right clinician.
